It`s gone down hill.
I used to be commenting on threads a lot more but sadly it has become about 20 people`s whatspp.
Also there are very few football threads and there are constant arguments between the same people about diddle squat.
Sick of it if I`m honest.
This board can be brilliant.
On times.
Other times it's can be not quite so brilliant.
This board is a springboard into the minds of fools,geniuses,extroverts, introverts,sexists, moralist and even City fans.
A bit like weather.
Sometimes it is really nice. Other times. perhaps not so enjoyable.
Or food. Sometimes it is really tasty. Occasionally it can be a bit bland.

Agree entirely - twice, I've thought I'd found an ad blocker for my I Pad that worked and twice it's taken me about half an hour to be made aware of the other things it causes to go wrong on there, so it seems a have no option but to put up with all of the advertising crap when using my 32 bit I Pad - on Monday I just gave up using it because an advert telling me I'd "won" another IPad just wouldn't go away even I continuously clicked on the "close" button.
Should have never have left fudforum.
Had same problem few weeks back and Adblock Plus seems to have done the trick.
The adverts are a pain in the arse but I can put up with them
Viewing the forum with a laptop running windows 10 ABP stops ALL ads

This MB used to be the best around, but these days it's dying a slow and painful death.
I don't know what our traffic is these days but I'd hazard a guess that its less than 30% of what it was 10 years ago.
I suppose all good things have to come to an end.
I couldn't post on here due to the ads but adblocker has sorted it out. Most sites I go on ad blocker stops on average 3-4 ads. On this forum it's 11 at the moment, no wonder people are struggling to post.
Also I used to browse this forum and it was ridiculously busy but it seems to have slowed down hugely recently, the same has happened to **** though so it's probably more to do with the apathy surrounding the club which both boards owners can't do anything about.
I find it can be brilliant some days, absolute garbage some days and mediocre on other days.
