I suspect it's down to money. The Mirror and Guardian are both struggling.
Wouldnt this be better to try and find the managers who hasn't taken a cheeky back hander
Which newspaper carried out the undercover investigation into the illegal practices being carried out by Sports Direct?
I'll give you a clue

The reason that I replied to your post was because you said "If the Guardian showed the slightest hint of enterprise that shower of shite newspaper wouldn't be on it's arse making people redundant every month." The link that I posted proved that you were talking nonsense.
As for your comment that you don't care whether the Telegraph pay taxes or not, or where they pay them if they do, is a quite an enlightening comment regarding your morals. Not only should a company such as the Telegraph have a moral duty to pay their fair share of taxes, and not employ expensive lawyers to circumvent paying their fair share, because apart from taxes helping the poorest in society, it is taxes that have built the roads to transport their newspapers, taxes that has paid for education for their workers, taxes that has paid for transportation such as the Tube and taxes that pays for health care and police.

Cookie ain't takin no shit
No one wants to pay taxes so spare me the moral crusade. Whilst there are loopholes in place then smart companies/individuals will continue to exploit them until they are closed. But lets get real, the Telegraph aren't targeting people on the breadline or small time benefit fraudsters here. They are targeting multi millionaires in an industry awash with too much money and too much corruption but let's turn a blind eye because it's the Torygraph.
Oh and the Guardian is on it's arse, big time. It sells far less print copies than all over major newspapers including the star and the FT. They recently had to make 250 redundancies to break even.
I wonder what options the Guardian should go with to get off its arse?
It could sub-contract its editorials and news selection to its corporate sponsors like the Telegraph?
It could erect a paywall for its online pages like the Times?
It could sack even more journalists and rely even more on external wire copy to fill its pages, like most of the UK regional press?
It could become the voice of the new mass Labour Party rather than the cheerleader for anti-Corbyn plotters?
Decisions, decisions....
I subscribe to the excellent Times online and find it to be worth every penny. I just don't think there is an appetite in this country for a paper like the Guardian, not on a large scale anyway. If you want a cheerleader for Corbyn try the Morning Star or the Socialist Worker.
If you're talking about taxes and the left, the guardian etc......
The tories have done far more to attack small to medium size businesses for tax avoidance.
But it doesn't get covered.
They are pummeling businesses. Doing deals with them to cut their fines if they own up now. Closing loop holes left right and centre.
And they aren't just going after current businesses doing it. They're getting done for avoidance years and years ago.
Just seen a list of names that are going to be implicated in this, not sure if it's legitmate but if true this thing is going to go toxic. Some big names.
