Black History Month in Wales

Isn't about time that we stopped promoting 'Black History' as distinctly separate from just history?
The Wales Millennium Centre is involved in an outreach program to promote 'Black History' in Wales. All well and good until you find that they don't employ any black people, so they've ended up getting a bunch of white people to promote 'Black History Month' in Wales. It set me thinking, isn't about time that we stopped with the distinction, surely history is just history and we should be looking at it in the overall context of history, rather than something which has to be treated separately?
