You're allowed an opinion, but you said "I just can't see the evidence that clearly makes ched guilty there is to much doubt surrounding this case"
Clearly if you're not a member of the jury then you won't see any of the evidence that would lead to you make a verdict in either direction.
Jury retires at 12 noon on a Friday.
My guess is they will come back with "not guilty" by about 2pm and have a nice long weekend off.
Doubt very much this will go into next week.
A
There is a note from the Jury. Wonder what it is?!
note (nōt)
noun
1.
a. A brief record, especially one written down to aid the memory: took notes on the lecture.
b. A comment or explanation, as on a passage in a text: The allusion is explained in the notes at the end of the chapter.
"The jury have just been brought back into the courtroom.
In their note to Mrs Justice Nicola Davies, they asked to see the CCTV from The Godfather takeaway.
The judge reminded them they already have that footage.
They also asked to see the complainant’s initial police interview on DVD.
The judge asked the jury whether they want to be reminded about something the woman said in her interview or the way she said it.
She sent them back out to answer that question in a written note."

If you want to ask the judge anything you have to send a note, then the court has to be cleared, the defendant has to be brought back in, then the jury is brought back in, then the judge responds to the note.
The whole thing has to happen even if the judge says 'no, you can't have that'.
NOT GUILTY
I guess now Ched will sue for compo for the time previously served.
Common sense finally prevails.
That didn't take the jury long. It must have been fairly clear cut this time around.
This should be a real lesson for young footballers; it doesn't take much to wreck your career.
Top tip : If found guilty of rape, put up a reward for evidence, get some new witnesses ( including your half brother who was at the window yet didn't testify at the original trial ). Whatever you do, don't call the only other person in the room in your defence.
Staggering.
