An interesting thought. A bit too 'Men At Work' for me, but may be a solution for others with the same dilema!

I've tried the Marmite alternatives, including supermarket own brand that looked like it was made for them by Marmite, but no! -
None of them get in the M zone.
Vegemite is actually rank and cabbage-y IMO

This morning I had lightly poached egg on buttery marmite toast. Yes, yes .. yes ..

Burnley used to have a heated stand back in the 70's.

Marmite is just wrong on any food. Why does it even exist when the food industry has given the world Nutella?

It depends on whether you are a savoury person .....or......an unsavoury person

    Must try that.

Mrs Peace likes marmite beans or toast. I didn't much care for it however.

Shouldn't everyone who voted have realised that BEFORE they voted??

Any excuse to put up prices.

They screwed us before the referendum and they'll continue screwing us whatever political path gets taken.

It's what happens when companies are so big they think they can do what they want.

If Tesco thought they could get away with hiking prices then they'd happily do it - it's only their share price and the though of more customers fecking off to Lidl and Aldi that stops them.

Tory MP David Davies (the other one!) announces his Marmite boycott.

So Unilever using Marmite prices to punish us for Brexit. toast-spread fight back starts here. From now on It's Aussie made Vegemite for me.

For clarity, he's making this great personal sacrifice (aka cheap gesture in search of cheap self publicity) to punish Unilever for exposing one of the inevitable effects of Brexit - not in pursuit of peace and justice in the Middle East.

The Bernabeu has heaters in the roof. They are surprisingly effective.

I think the red seats should be swapped over too the away end, then heated with no upper maximum heat setting .

There was a time when we knew how to treat away fans. Guest beers from their home town, catering staff in their kit, male voice choirs serenading them at half time, hot water bottles on their seats in winter and personal electric fans in summer, .... great days!

It's vile, obnoxious, and like soccer thugs and hooliganism, should be consigned to the historical dustbin of yesteryear.

No, as far as I'm concerned a heated seat section is long long overdue, as it would provide much needed relief for the poor stewards who have to admonish people from standing at moments of high drama and excitement during home games. After all who in their right mind wants to remove their arse from a nice warm heated seat, to cheer some pimply teenager on the pitch, who in all probability will be driving home his Bentley that day complete with his heated seat turned on and up to maximum comfort level?
As you might have heard, Splott Dave has gone missing. He last posted on the politics board two days ago. Normally he posts something about every thirty seconds. Some of you might have seen what happened to him at the Bristol City game. He asked a steward why his seat was cold and wet and the steward replied "dew". Splott Dave misheard and went full Palestinian. It took a couple of smoke bombs to control him. He's not been seen since he was ejected from the ground. If you see him could you direct him to the Politics board where he is urgently needed. We are coming under a lot of fire from establishment stooges.
