Is it better for the players to be allowed to do what they’re good at like Hazard and forgo the bits they’re not or all chip in like Grealish has at Man City.

We’re all so focused on what certain players don’t do, sometimes we miss out on those attributes that they excel at.

Obviously there is a prime candidate to discuss here but I think we’ve done that to death. (Colwill)

Both aspects of the game, although in the correct areas. There's not many players out there who can get away with the horrible stuff. The game has changed massively over the past 5 to 10 years.
