So having said our keepers are terrible and that there's a chance he could be in the first team, you didn't mean to intimate next season whatsoever then. Righty-o.

Prem teams pick up all manner of players, most never making it. James Wood ring a bell?

Couple of points to note about todays under 21 game with Barnsley. First, the club site has it down as being at Cardiff City Stadium and, second, it’s a two o clock kick off, not the normal one o clock. It might be a chance to see Ebou Adams in action.

    Davies is looking sharp

Re: The Bluebirds Academy and DVP thread...

Barnsley hit the crossbar with a penalty, maybe justice done as the commentators don’t think it was a foul by Eli King - I thought it looked like one, but it is pretty distant view on the stream.

King missed a good chance for us.

Bagan hits the crossbar with a free kick from around thirty yards.

Superb volley from twenty yards by Adams gives City a deserved lead.

    lovely that, picked his spot.
that was the most relaxed 20 yard volley I've ever seen

Yes, a goal of the season candidate if it had been scored by the first team.

Barnsley equalise just before half time.

    Yeah, classy finish.
Could have done better for Barnsley's equaliser right at the end of the half. Might have been a bit out of puff.

Isaak Davies punishes a defensive error to make it 2-1.

He’s been very good today - not too sure there’s much more he could have done to persuade Lamouchi of his first team credentials, but the fact he’s playing today suggests he won’t be in the squad for Thursday.

Adams and Davies replaced after sixty five minutes - the goal was the obvious stand out for Adams, but he covered a lot of ground and passed the ball well.

Sub Cian Ashford makes it 3-1.

Finished 3-1 to City - one of the better under 21 games of the season I’d say.

The under 21 game is interesting, it’s been played in Hull’s main stadium after their game against the jacks this afternoon and they’re keeping one of the stands open for people who watch the first team game - I wonder if any Swansea supporters will stay on to jeer us?

Think I read somewhere the game is being streamed.

Currently 2-0. Both goals from Trey George, a penalty and what sounds like a cracker https://twitter.com/CF11Academy/stat...62132761649156

Good idea to get a bit of a crowd for the lads.

It's a long way home from Hull to Swansea - you'd have to be a dedicated Cardiff hater to stay on to do that!

Can't find details of a stream. I'll post a link if I can see one later.
