I just read up a little more - all from dubious sources, but yes, that seems to be the fellow.

Supposedly Prince Andrew went to this 'Lolita island' a few times.
And apparently a Mr Clinton a few times.
Ah.. and apparently a Mr Trump .. a few times.


Even if there is anything in it at all, I'm sure it will come to nothing. As ever.
