How would you rate our players performance versus their potential?

Accepting that all our players are working really hard are they performing as well as they are individually capable off?

A good example being Noone. I don't think we have seen him at his best for a long time but still believe he can do it and so I would rate him 6 versus his potential.

In the case of Whitts I believe it now impossible for him to be as good as a few years ago as he is older and slower and so I would rate him 8.
