It goes to shit on a Friday afternoon anyway but this is going to make it even worse. Rubberneckers causing queues on the westbound side aparantly as well

Just took me an hour and thirty five minutes to get from Junction 30 to where the accident was between 28 & 29 - All clear now. The traffic westbound stretches back beyond the Brynglas tunnels for absolutely nothing!!!
