In all seriousness, if India are insisting that any trade deal has to come with caveats on "freedom of movement" how the hell do we expect Europe to agree to single market/no freedom of movement deal?
Controlling immigration was a core principle for the Brexiteer's, this is clearly going to come at a price, either that or we will be in a position where we will merely be substituting one group of immigrants for another.
With every trade comes the number one issue " free movement of Labour " to British .
Trade deals will not take place without the required and agreed free labour movement , we have made a rod for our own back , as its so attractable for minimum wage and other service jobs for folk living in India and elsewhere , however those on our own shores moan about the wages ,which are low in our world, but no in others .
If the thrust of Brexit was to stop this we are sadly disillusioned , it could mean more arrivals form the sub continent and elsewhere : shrug:
EVERY deal will have problems that need to be dealt with. To think that any deal is done easily is ignorant.

It is a myth that every Leave voters wants a total ban on migration. Or a huge reduction in it.
We currently trade more with Belgium. India will be one of the 3 huge superpowers in years to come. Along with China and America.

It is difficult as these VISA's will be given to indians that will then undercut Brits, by companies outsourcing.
At the same time I don't think people have an issue with indian people.
To be frank, they are usually not muslim, so no one fears them.

Nothing at all to do with what kenwyne said, you said "don't let the truth get in the way" I was merely pointing out that some key players in the Brexit camp were economical with the truth to say the least. Indeed, the CPS are currently investigating whether the leave campaign deliberately mislead voters with the points I raised above.
