Liverpool out of sight by Xmas...?

A sideshow, I know, but Liverpool's next 7 fixtures up to Boxing Day are:-

Southampton, Sunderland, Bournemouth, W Ham, Middlesbro, Everton and Stoke.

They're bang in form and no European games to worry about either.

Chelsea are also bang in form, have no European games, and play Boro, West Brom, Sunderland, Stoke, Palace and Bournemouth before 2017. I'd be very surprised if Liverpool can keep this going all season as well, they're relying on a smallish squad, playing at a very high intensity, look at Spurs last year.

Also, as good as Liverpool are, Chelsea have Hazard who is the best player in the league on his day. Liverpool don't have a player of his quality, although Coutinho isn't bad!

They're out of my sight all the time. Of no interest whatsoever.

People were saying this about Manchester City a few weeks ago. Liverpool lost to Burnley not so long ago, they are not indestructible and they are conceding far too many goals. Long way to go, I fancy Arsenal for the title this year.

Others can defend a bit better and are also in form , don't think they have sorted the keeper and defense out yet, two big results this weekend for Chelsea and Liverpool only difference being Chelsea massacred a real top team , Liverpool beat Watford .

Is there a league of horrible clubs now ?

THIS. Who gives a shite about Liverpool. But it is interesting how many plastic scousers come out of the closet when they win a couple in a row. I would say more than united and that's saying something.

I did say it was a 'sideshow' and find it amusing that people get so wound up about nothing. I've been a Bluebirds fan for more than 50 years but enjoy the PL which is the best league in the world. Are you guys saying you don't watch the world's best players on a Saturday night?

A bit harsh, some of the Liverpool supporters on here have been waiting 27 years for this moment.
