I am sure she sort of does in a way. 85% of the crowns assets income goes to "our" pocket (to the government). So isn't she just funding it out of income the crowns assets produce. Income that is up recently. It makes nearly enough to fund all of it in 1 year.

And isnt it spread over 10 years not all immediately.

As was pointed out early, the crown assets are not hers.

One interesting point. Even if the revenue generated by the crown assets goes down, the queens 'salary' can never reduce with it. Wouldn't it be nice to be guaranteed a pay rise every year.
