    They're having a laugh

    Re: They're having a laugh

The laugh is that the Government held a referendum and didn't have the foresight to determine these things beforehand. Scotland were bound to vote remain and had already said they would kick up a fuss. Cameron didn't think remain could lose.

Pity we didn't have enough balls, sense and political drive to vote with Scotland , this will end ugly and will only hurt the poor folk in our society ,whichever way you paint this it will hurts us financially , and like the recession guess who get to pay and feel the pain.

Sometimes you have to be brave and don't give up before you have even started. Just remember people like Lee Kuan Yew.

The people with balls voted leave.

    Nothing courageous about fear.

Cameron said whatever the result he would stay and lead us through. Like a coward he ran.

So he lied and claimed he had a plan whatever the result.

Scared people on both sides. Remainers scared of economic forecasts, Leavers scared of other humans.

All the polls say biggest or second biggest issue for leavers was controlling migration.

Does controlling migration mean they are scared of other humans?

It is hard not to be afraid of them when we get told every day what they are going to do to us.

Are you in favour of controlling migration?

Pity Scotland didn't have enough balls, sense and political drive to leave but it seems the electorate up there is blind to anything other than what the SNP tells them to do. The fact that many of them seem okay with declining standards in public services in Scotland baffles me.

Cartman behaving like the archetypal middle class elitist snob in this thread. You had a pop at me for suggesting Richmond was a typical remain voting seat and then in this thread you chastise leave voters as racist, intolerant and bigoted.

I'm in favour of being logical and sensible about it.

You can't just rock up to any country you feel like and start demanding jobs, free food and housing. People should try it one day as an experiment, and see how the world really works.

Well nowhere outside of the EU as you won't be let in unless it's for a holiday, or you find a company willing to sponsor a work visa that adheres to strict local regulations.

Agree with what? What does a logical and sensible migration policy look like to you?
