Yes, and now there is sufficient data to analyse their methods and progress. It could be a case study for ambitious club owners.
This 'well run' have actually run up debts of close to £350 million. The owner has borne the debt himself, but that makes them the 4th highest debt-laden club in the Premier League.
How much is their squad and future TV money worth? They're not cashing out tomorrow you know.
