He was part of the furniture at one time. Very sad that he'd been living with dementia for 5 years before he died.
There are a lot of posts on 'celebrity' deaths on here, but in the age of social media and with so many people who became (relatively) famous on TV reaching a ripe old age, it's no wonder we get a few each week.

Not looking to appear at all self-centred regarding this sad news, but it really is not easy being 45 - 55+ currently.
Feels like a piece of our life-light gets lost everyday. Guess that isn't going to change now.
