Seems Coleman, and maybe more importantly his Mrs, wants to go somewhere warm when he's done with Wales.

He'll go. It's probably a dream job for him.

This might be a strange propsition, but I wonder if he angles to also remain on Wales duty simultaneously?

Well I heard on their first date, she said to him "kiss me where it smells" so he drove her to PT.

The fact it's been made public suggests to me that Coleman has given it the green light.

Dream job for him really. He'll make them harder to beat nqat but his style of play is alien to what they've played for the last 8 years or so

Bale & Ramsey to follow obviously, they're the key to Coleman's success.

Proud to be from Townhill myself.

That's a big risk. I still think Rowett or Hodgson is the best of your slim pickings.

Swansea City: Paul Clement favourite to be boss, Gary Rowett in contention

Very good choice for them if they are taking the long view and stick with him even if relegated and if they want to get their "identity" back (in the Championship).

Slightly jealous as this is who I wanted for Cardiff when we went for Trollope. But Warnock is the probably right man at this time for us anyway.

Let's just hope he's one of them coaches who will always be a number 2 and not cut out to manage.

If Derby was anything to go by then that looks the case

They need more than Clement, Rowett or Coleman.
    They need a fecking miracle.

You think? I thought he was unfairly sacked at Derby.
Wasn't the excuse for his sacking that he couldn't play the "Derby way" (whatever that is) even though they were either in or just outside the playoffs?

They chatted and they couldn't understand a word he said until he spat his gum out which hit the owner in the eye.

In the last 24 hours Paul Clement looks like a certainty.
A decent coach who has has experience at good clubs.
I think Swansea are looking odds on to go down, particularly after todays result against Bournemouth, but I do not wish them ill.
Lets face it, City may scrape out of relegation this year but do not look like a club with a plan.
If City and the Swans drift into lower Championship territory then Welsh football at international level will be hurt.
I would much prefer to see City/Swans derbies in the Premiership and that is the way we should be thinking.
