Mrs BlueWales was kind enough to get me 3 for Xmas.

Here 's my verdict on them.

" When Dragons Dare to Dream " by Jamie Thomas was a good read with about 20
photos mainly of the players in Action with a few of the travelling fans.
The writing summed up the atmosphere and emotion of being there very well.

" Alez Cymru " by Gary Pritchard had the balance the other way with probably more than 100 pictures
which are mainly of the fans. The text was in Welsh and English and was shorter than " When Dragons " but
also stirred up the emotions very nicely.

I would recommend both of these books to read and re - read to bring those memories back.

The third book " Don't take me home " by Jonathon Rogers " is nothing like what you might expect with a title like that.
Mr Rogers has written his first novel against the background of the tournament and isn't going to win the Booker Prize. Basically a tale of cliched meetings with foreign women and poorly characterised mates. Hardly any football at all.
Avoid.
