Thread: Johnson sacking?

    Johnson sacking?

Don't really like to see a manager getting the boot but should he and if so when will he go?
Especially with record equalling run of losses.
Perhaps Jursset_BrisCity might like to offer his opinion.

Don't think we'll see him for a while.

Know what you mean. I don't know what it is about him, I don't think it's just who he manages either, but he gets right up my nose. He just seems kind of smug.

    Not this afternoon he doesn't.

Hope he doesn't get sacked, he's doing a fine job.
Where were Barnsley in the league when he left them last year? I swear they were mediocre and the manager who took over improved them 10 fold to get promoted and ultimately look threatening this season.

I hope he stays and gets the inbreds relegated.

    2 wins
    1 draw
    12 losses

from their last 15 Championship games. No chance he'll last more than another week.

I reckon he would be up for it after he was embarrassed by Swans. Would be a shrewd move.

Brad Bobley probably thinks "the Championship" would be a step up.

Bristol City's next game is away at in form Fleetwood (unbeaten in 13 I think) in an FA Cup replay on Tuesday night.

If leading them to a record losing league streak wasn't enough, he might get knocked out of the cup to a club from a lower division as well.

    I'd say Fleetwood were favourites.
On a good run of form and doing well in League 1 with promotion being a real possibility under Uwe Rosler.

Bristol, on the other hand, are shit.

Well if Bob was there he would not have been happy with the PK yesterday and a "road trip" coming up against Fleetwood

Reading their board, it seems Tomlin and O'Neil went to their chairman to complain about Johnson, and have subsequently been dropped. Absolutely fantastic.
