On my last day working in Wurzel land in 2002 (?) the new guy I was training up and who was a local (but a gas head) was showing me places where they filmed OFAH and went to show me the flats and the cafe etc when we stumbled upon them filming the Christmas special episode!! The market scenes were filmed behind the back wall of the Wedlock stand which is where the away fans used to be*
*At least after they moved from the opposite end (today's end!!) when it was all terracing and no roof
We saw all the main characters including Del Boy, Rodney and Denzil. They were filming the scene where Rodley reversed the Robin reliant in the market and the one small scene took about 2 hours to film!
