Don't really know much about him but a quick search would suggest that McCarthy may fit the bill. He's been on loan almost his entire career and looks like he was at QPR with NW.

If so, McCarthy would seem probable.
Love listening to this bloke talk football. Just the little insight's like altering our training pitch which was softer than our playing pitch and causing to many calf strains with certain players gives me confidence that with the right backing the bluebirds roller coaster could be back on a real upward curve before long.
