There was a petition for Bobby Moore to be honoured with a posthumous knighthood. The honours system don't do posthumous knighthoods apparently.
Only Alf Ramsey, Geoff Hurst & Bobby Charlton have been knighted.
Maybe there is more behind the bracelet accusation that we don't know.
