I just hope The Lumineers re-release their tribute song so we can send the great lady off to the pavilion in the sky in style

I don't understand why someone passing that you do not know is instantly a joke.

Then when you may know someone who has passed, you'd go after someone if they joked about it....

If someone joked about gary speed's death it would kick off, at the time.

I won't cry over her dying but it is pretty weird thread.

If you can't differentiate between the death of Speed and some cricket woman who nobody really knew who died at a good age then there's not really much point in explaining it to you.

    Just google black humour.

I am also staggered by the lack of respect shown in this thread to a woman who lived a life of great achievement.

I am also surprised ( perhaps I shouldn't be ) that the moderators of this board have not deleted this thread. Perhaps they approve of the disrespect ?

If he perpetrators of this disrespect think that their comments are appropriate on what is an RIP thread then perhaps they ought to add similar comments to the Mark Watkins thread.

Do they plumb these depths on **** ?

    Sorry, did you know Speed?.

I am all for dark humour by the way.

Someone knows this women. You knew who speed was. They would not take the jokes lightly, neither would you about speed.

That is all I am saying. Swings in roundabouts.

The woman was 77 for Christ's sake. Are you really offended by such comments? Really?
