I understand though that there are services (both in England and Wales) that have been affected and that those services feed into the NHS.
I think we expect the NHS to do too much either that or it is so badly managed it is unworkable.
The NHS employs 1.5 million people - the joint 4th largest employer in the world. US Army, Chinese Army, Indian State Railway are 1,2 &3 - the NHS and Walmart are the 4th.
So with 1.5 million employees and a 60 odd million population - if there are problems then it is either to do with bad management and process or we are expecting too much. How do other countries manage then ?
