    What a Brilliant actor this guy was i loved his Timothy Evans character and he played the Junkie brilliantly in Midnight Express.

    As said, a brilliant actor, his stand out performance for me was him playing Quentin Crisp in The Naked Civil Servant.

    The Elephant Man and Midnight Express are two of my favourite films. He was an incredible actor. RIP

    Top actor, respect indeed.
    Midnight Express was one of THE films in its day and i'm sure it stands the test of time.

    We can probably look forward to a series of his films, hope so as I haven't seen them all.

    Saw a documentary on the guy at the centre of Midnight Express recently.

    Good film, but as much truth in it as there is in saying that Swansea is the capital of Wales.

    THIS^^^^ midnight express is one of my favourite films and he was brilliant in it
