You are wrong, all the links are to the broadcast sites on there and they work fine, where you can click on links for live streaming The reason they put that notice at the top is to say that they are not posting illegal links to any streamed games, which is correct. A good indicator that a game is being streamed live is when you see multiple broadcasts for a game, this is a good indicator that the game will be streamed
