Forest sign a Clough, and Ross McCormack too

Zach Clough has signed a four and a half year deal after moving from Bolton.

And they have taken Ross McCormack on loan until the end of the season.

When he plays well he is a game changer.

There were people moaning on here last week that we let him go too early, should have rehabilitated him.

If we'd had made these signings - they'd have been widely described as great signings

McCormack was very poor for Villa against us.

I think McCormack is the all time leading championship goal scorer.

Probably because a quality striker normally ends up playing at a higher level, whereas Ross just seems to get passed about for big money at this level, then passed on again when clubs realise he's trouble.

Didn't Steve Bruce drop him a few weeks back for missing training and being unfit?

Personally I think he's just a front for money laundering.

Thats a bit unfair. The guys garden gates wouldn't open and he has a 3 foot wall around his house, he was stranded for ****s sake.

    No excuses.

He could have easily used his fat arse to smash his way out.

Forest are in a worse state at the end of January than at the start.

The McCormack loan deal looks like expensive panic. Ross is nowhere near his best this season.

We had a great transfer window saved money, and won a game ,with a wonder goal.
