The journal you've linked appears to be talking about levels of mercury rather than vaccines.

Because I was talking about autoimmune conditions, autoimmunity can be triggered by many things, diet, pollen, things in the environment such as mercury in seafood, anything that stimulates the immune system in to creating a response which is what vaccines are designed to do.
