Bamba fell out with his previous club big time. Warlock knows how to handle him.
Halford's another with a bad boy image, but he's actually a decent footballer - if he's managed well.
NW knows appears to know how to get the best out of him and he is in good form at present. He has made a big diff since he arrived and lets hope he maintains his form which he has failed to do with every other club he has played for.
