Current rankings.
England are guaranteed 4 places next season, because the rankings are calculated up to the season before-last.
But, they could be in danger of losing a place to Italy. With Arsenal out, Spurs out, Leicester in poor form, I can only see Man City getting beyond this round. Napoli are unlikely to qualify for the next round, leaving Juventus - can they get to the final?
In the Europa League, West Ham didn't even make the group stage, and Southampton failed to qualify from their group winning just two games. I can see Man U winning the competition though, and they should breeze past St Etienne. Spurs will progress too.
Italian clubs Roma and Fiorentina have tricky ties in that competition (Villareal and Borussia Moenchengladbach)
If Man City fail against Monaco, and if Spurs or Man U decide that the Europa League is less important than a top 4 finish, it could mean only the top 3 qualify in 2018/19 (unless UEFA change the rules, which is always possible).

Surely PSG winning the CL will have some impact?
Italy are the biggest threat to the EPLs 4th spot but I thought last seasons performances strengthened the EPLs hand.
Of course the European League is inevitable now so all will be irrelevant. Celtic and Sevco might even get a look in then
