Can the Warnock 'effect' be applied to Idriss Saadi?

Zohore was shockingly poor (under Trollope) is the league cup game v Bristol Rovers.

    Now look at him.

I was impressed with the few minutes Saadi played near the end of last season.

Similar to Zohore ... could he be developed next season?

I think you mean the 'Jimmy the Jock' effect surely? Warnock just happened to be in the right place to take advantage of his blessing on Gunnarsson and Zohore.

He did actually produce our one bright moment at Rovers when he burst down the wing past 2 players and cut in and shot.
The shot was poor, maybe not helped by playing on a cabbage patch, but at least he showed a glimpse of his pace and strength

He is arguably already having a better season than any of the players currently experiencing the "Warnock effect"

Can I ask, with genuine interest, what evidence have you used to form your very strong opinions about this player's ability? Or are you deliberately trying to be provocative?

I personally think there is little to no chance of him returning to Cardiff City. He has done well in a league and country where they speak French. I think he will get a move to one of the big clubs in Belgium.

What was your opinion of Zohore prior to the Wolves game?

Pretty sure deal has already been done to offload Saadi at end of season. We may actually get some hard cash for him.

I can't understand how people think he's useless. I think I saw him for about 20 minutes, before he got injured, and he looked decent.

He's also scored more goals than any other Cardiff player this season and I'd argue is playing at a higher level.
