I can remember quite a few do the cardiff half in stupidly quick times on here.

Anyone doing the 1k, 5k or 10k Sunday?.

I'm tempted to give it a miss, weather is horrendous and I haven't been running regularly.

Unless you are drinking in the middle of Bute park you should be ok
