To be fair a lot of handbags and not really worthy of mass reporting. From what i can see, it seems a fair balance and i certainly wouldn't say it wasn't covered.
The BBC had this in one article, "There was a heavy police presence outside White Hart Lane before kick-off on Sunday, with supporters of both teams having to be separated as skirmishes occurred, while bangers, flares and bottles were thrown."
The Guardian Podcast on Thursday said they expected trouble and it got a separate article focusing on the racist chanting and violence in and around the ground, other papers covering it too.
I saw something about the racist chant at Son. The millwall fans were shouting DVD and 3 for a fiver.
Hardly racism that. Just having a laugh at a stereotype. Worlds gone PC mad..
I think you might be wrong there.

or ignoring rugby violence
I love the irony in this thread that some people are saying stereotyping is just funny and people get offended about anything.
Then there are plenty of people being offended by the way violence is covered in a game they watching compared to a game they don't like watching.
