The second poster is a well known commentator on newspaper and political blogs. He is not a troll. He has even had letters read out on Laurie Taylor's R4 show.

I suspect most of those, and other full-time trolls, have some inner demons, and in recent years have increasingly found a voice through their ability to express their frustrations online.
Freedom of speech is indisputably a cornerstone in a free society.
But just because a person has a right to say (almost) anything, doesn't always mean that it is necessarily a good idea to do so.
