Must be something about the month of March as it was about this time last year that he walked out on Middlesbrough only to return a week or two later
Middlesbrough were always going to be well organised defensively, but find goals very hard to come by in the Premier League - it was their defence which got them promoted. The test was always going to be would they score enough goals at the higher level and, looking at their forward options, I'm not sure there are the goals in the squad to keep them up even if any new manager gets them playing in a more attacking manner - something which will probably implications as far as their goals against record goes.
To be fair, their goal difference isn't too bad - best in the bottom half of the division
