Reading the above news story, I'm not sure how Rosenstein, Comey, Mueller and McCabe got to be in charge of investigating Trump? It seems like an incredible coincidence that when the deck of cards fell, those four found themselves in all of the key positions regarding Trump and Russia.
I can't comment on Sessions recusing himself from all things Clinton/Russia, as it's still all a bit mind-boggling at the moment
