The chaos that's happened under Trump (at least now you're acknowledging this) is not his fault, but the fault of the Presidents of the last three decades who set up a structure that could be activated instantly and would disrupt an 'outsider' who managed to get in?

All the sackings and vacant positions under Trump, is that the fault of this timebomb too?
