    They are surely raptors - the infra-red/black & white footage makes it hard to tell, but the shape and short hooked beak, and the type of location suggests they might be Peregrine Falcons. Also the fact that somebody has gone to the trouble to be recording them.

    So are owls aren't they? looks like they have a little un in the middle judging by the tail feathers, it's quite grim really seeing birds killing other birds, you have to admire the owl though, he's got some skills, I can't do anything without Rudy hearing.
