Can you explain unlawful killing ? It suggests to me that there must be some form of lawful killing.
It just depends on who is making up the rules.

The Ministry of Defence use the term for a start:

There are hundreds of examples if you do a quick search. The US military may have popularised the expression (to make the killing of civilians sound less like killing) but it is now used everywhere. Maybe the distinction you and TBG are looking for is 'unintended' or not rather than 'lawful' or not? Either way it is semantics.

It's a legal definition you can look up yourself.

I quoted a legal definition so I wasn't 'looking for' anything.

I was meant to go and work in the Europa Hotel in the 80,s . Still has the reputation as the most bombed hotel in Europe. Thankfully I gave it a swerve .

Norman Tebbit gave him the send off he deserved.

Can't understand why he wasn't jailed for life.

    And Gerry Adams

It's a joke that they got into power after what they did.

Still I guess in a country where we still have a Royal Family you can get rewarded for being a mass murderer if you grease the right palms

After what they did? and you use that arsehole Tebbit as your spiritual advisor- I think you will find that the Royal family you mentioned have a lot more blood on their greasy palms than any Irishman alive or dead.

They were the main instigators of the peace process that ended the 'troubles'. That is a massive achievement that saved countless lives and is not a joke. Even their bitterest political enemies - and many of the victims of IRA violence - give McGuinness and Adams (and the less well known leaders and associates of Sinn Fein) credit for that. Colin Parry's view of McGuinness over the last 3 decades is one I share.

    Re: Martin McGuinness dies...

McGuinness and Ian Paisley were able to form friendship and mutual respect from hatred and together enable the peace process. That deserves some recognition on both their parts considering the state the Both was in during the 70s/80s.

    They are cold blooded killers.
    Cowardly killers.

Funded by drugs, rackets, threats and violence

All in the name of religion.

I hope you include the British Army in your anti terrorist rant as they are currently dropping bombs on Syrian babies heads.

I am laughing at the idea that the RAF are involved in bombing runs on civilians/rebel held areas in syria. God knows how that information made it into someones brain.
