That's a shock because I didn't realise that he had what sounds like cancer as well as the stroke last year which I had assumed he was recovering from.
Not the most eye catching of players, but that piece does a lot to make Mike Powell's claim that he was our most successful coach a correct one.

Very sad news. Derrick did a cracking job as coach and we are a long way off the succees achieved when he was coach.
