    Anyone see Rio Ferdinand programme earlier?

    Re the Nugent DIY SOS post and the fact that some of us have said how it gets the emotions going.
    Well there was a programme on earlier about RF and his young kids following with the death of wife & mother to cancer.
    Other people he met, all with similar stories, of how they struggled to grieve and eventually coped with their bereavements.

    If you missed it get it on catch up. Tough to watch in parts and the tears were flowing freely. A lovely programme though, gives one a sense of perspective and good for the soul.

    Yeah, one of those "nothing much else on let's give it a go" things, but watched all bar the first ten minutes. A well made show on a difficult subject, I didn't think it was intrusive, and hopefully will help others in similar situations.
