A very underrated midfielder during his time with us, I feel.Always gave his all, although he had to watch the red mist descending on one or two occasions.

Sludgey will be happy no doubt, and even as I type is planning his summer holidays around any Limerick friendlies lol

Used to love our Willie. One of my all time favourite City players.
Never the most skillful player but he covered the work of two men in that midfield.
I remember one game, I can't remember who we were playing but him and Leo had a stand off on the pitch and Willie went up to him and gave him a good old shove. He's about a foot shorter than Leo
I remember being on the Grange End when he scored that penalty against Millwall on his debut.
Getting back to the train station afer the game was eventful
