Think it's ok to film in public but if you go too far with an individual then you can be done for harassment.

Im guessing they are legal but - those dashboard cams and go pro cameras that record people / cars etc - what is the law re not wanting to be filmed etc - can you ask people to switch them off - if they are filming you ?


The reason I ask is that the guy in the car beside me in traffic had a dashboard cam and he was definitely directed it to record the backside of a very nice female student walking past outside.

Now - it was a very nice bottom - but Im sure she didnt give him permission to film it - the pervy b'stard
