I would think that's probably a fair order for the number who take an interest in their clubs - but actually going to games it would be 1 Swansea 2 Cardiff 3 Wrexham
Also, as it's Facebook followers a lot of Swansea fans would follow Cardiff to see what's going on - and vice versa.
There will also be people who follow several clubs on Facebook.
Registered fans - i.e. People with fan numbers might be a better measure - although even then there will be duplication
Liverpool are definitely the best supported club by miles if you include armchair fans.
There's 3 who sit by me in work, and I've seen Liverpool play in the flesh more than they have just by watching us play them.
Quite surprised that Weeds don't figure as I come across a heck of a lot of their supporters.
