No time for either before the end of the season. I'd imagine any legal dispute would take some time to settle.

Could be that hmrc has been keeping the football authorities up
to speed given that it's happened nigh on as soon as Newcastle's promotion was confirmed. Gives them a little bit of time to sort things out before the end of this season perhaps. You'd imagine they're bang to rights and the investigation has been going on a while, leaving no stone unturned. No shock with Ashley involved, is it?
