This is of the utmost importance, I think we can all agree.
Come on, Sidy, come on, Sidy, come on, Sidy, come on etc

Think someone mentioned this guy again in one of the threads recently.

He's scored 11 in 31 in ligue 2 in France this season. I don't know if he's in a more advanced position than midfield, but that is an impressive ratio wherever he's playing.

Still 21 (until June). Think we need to bring some young talent in to give us some in to have outside the 25 man squad. Wonder if this might be the time where Cardiff actually bring him in?

He's 6ft 5in! Imagine all the goals we'd score with him at set pieces alongside Bamba, Morrison & Paterson!

I thought I read the other day that he’d got a bad injury on the last day of the season? Sounds just like our sort of player...

    Yes it was me.

He's been playing mostly in a defensive midfield role, but gets forward occasionally.

He's top scorer for his side and apparently their best player. A real threat in the air in set pieces.

Wouldn't be surprised if he spent a year at Kortrijk first before coming here though.

He picked up a nasty sounding knee injury during his last game though so that could put a spanner in the works of any move.

    Thanks for the info

Yes, perhaps he'll stay in Belgium a while longer. According to the internet he's contracted in 2022. Hopefully we'll all have hoverboards by then...

    He'll be signed then.

So apparently chateauroux had an option to buy built into the loan deal, which they have exercised, and he's signed a 4 year deal with them, so I guess we won't be signing this fella.

Sign him and Loan him back to Norway if he doesn’t look up to it in pre season. Worth a punt. Wouldn’t want to rely on him in the premiership at the moment though.

This board is ruined by people like you coming in with real facts.

Just ignore him guys and fantasise about signing another player we will never sign .

Sigy Sarr is a tall, athletic, but young/inexperienced midfielder, playing for KV Kortrijk. After Kenneth Zohore came good this season the temptation to repeat the Belgian feeder experiment must be high - as well as being part of the club's public strategy for developing the squad/team.
