Premier League 39th Match as relegation decider?

I reckon CCS would be a suitable neutral venue.

If this were to happen, Villa Park would almost certainly host the match. Big enough, has a history of hosting big games as a neutral venue, and virtually equidistant from Hull & Swansea (Swansea have a gruelling extra 4 minutes to travel to get to Villa Park than Hull have)
