I got mine last week, just followed the instructions on the ticketing website, logged in after the advised time & it was a very easy experience. Thank you FAW ticket office!
It is too complicated.
They know our qualification criteria. We are ALL members. We should be able to apply in advance and get tickets if we qualify for one. it is a pain in the arse checking the website. Waiting until 2:04pm for the tickets to be made available.
The whole exercise is a pain.
They need an apply for a ticket and a pay here button.
I would be happy for a refund or credit held if unsuccessful.
It's a pain the way they organise this.
