This is true: Several years ago I sent in to one of my colleagues an application to use my employer's material on a website i.e. applying for what we refer to internally as a 'Web Licence'. I completed the form and she did not seem to twig that the application was bogus - even though I stated on the form that the name of the applicant was Tara N. Tula.
