Thanks for the info. Our two resident youth team experts hinted that he would get a chance before the season was out. How frustrating for young Sion. At least the carrot has been dangled for him to push on after the summer.

Devastating for Sion Spence, who is only 16 and highly rated by Bellamy. They had a shirt done for him with his name on ready to be in the squad.

Very harsh to possibly deny him a place in the history books. Would this have broken the club record?
Hopefully this will stand him in good stead in the long run and keep him hungry to demand a chance next season.
